I had a very positive buying experience at the Bommarito Honda Dealership and with Doug Saunders in particular. As a mom shopping for a car with my daughter, I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of service and information I could gain on my own in a short period of time. I was "sold" on dealing with Doug in about 15 minutes. He provided more information in about 15 minutes than I had received after visiting several metro area dealerships. Most of the previous sales people thought I was just browsing and didn't give me much time or information and probably thought I should come back with a "decision-maker". What they didn't realize, I guess, is I was the decision-maker. Doug explained so thoroughly the options we had that fit our needs and budget and was not "determined to make the sale TODAY". He offered tons of great information, let us test drive vehicles alone and did not hard sell us when we returned from the test drive. He gave me his card and offered to help with any questions we had. He wanted us to have the right car for my daughter. I knew when I left that we had found a quality car at a fair price from a sales person that would provide service even after the sale. I knew I would return to purchase a car from Doug. I called my husband from the car before we were even out of the lot and told him we had found her car. We returned in two days on a Friday night and purchased her CR-V. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars over the years and have never had a more "no-hassle, no-pressure" experience. I plan to deal with Doug and Bommarito on my future vehicles. He made it a simple experience and has, as expected, provided follow up service. It didn't take hours of exhausting negotiations to get to a fair price - it was painless. I highly recommend both Doug and the Bommarito Honda Dealership. More

Ths entire sales process was painless from start to finish. We knew exactly what we wanted and the price we were willing to pay and our salesman, Rick Seidel, was able to get the car for us. However, because it is such a great buying experience and it is such a nice, state of the art facility, their service department appears to be a little over worked. When taking the car in for a wash and being told it would take 90 minutes, that seems a little excessive. Either to much demand, or severely understaffed. More

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT WE COULD EXPECT TO MAKE SURE WE FELT COMPLETELY AT EASE WITH THE BUYING OF OUR CAR. THEY STAYED AT WORK OVER 3 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CLOSE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY.
