I felt I was treated fairly and everything was explained fully to me. When I initially went to the dealership, I was just browsing and they let me do that without any high pressure sales tactics. When I did ask for Dan's assistance, he was friendly and again, I did not feel high pressure or tension. What impressed me the most is that I wanted to have the vehicle inspected by my personal mechanic prior to purchase. Dan himself drove it all the way downtown to the Midas shop on 4th Street to let him inspect it. Talk about customer service and integrity! I could not have asked for a better salesperson. An absolutely great sales, buying experience. I traveled all the way from Fort Worth, Texas to buy a CRV-L w/ Nav AWD. After trying to locate one in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma all to no avail. I finally foun all the way from Fort Worth, Texas to buy a CRV-L w/ Nav AWD. After trying to locate one in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma all to no avail. I finally found one in Colorado and they were asking full sticker with a bunch of add-ons. After all they said, "It is the season". I expanded my search to Missouri and found this dealership on the internet and they were absolutely incredible. I must say that I did contact other dealers in STL and they were slow to respond. Once we agreed on price, they met me timely at the airport,as I flew in from Texas on Southwest for $89, the car was ready complete with the change of tires I had requested and had been completely road tested and ready to begin is 800 mile trip back to Texas. The dealership didn't even request an up front deposit to change the tires out. When I informed them that I needed the title (MCO) with 2 days they said no problem and it arrived via UPS at my door along with some great chocolate chip cookies. Who could ask for anything more. Because my child attends college in the Saint Louis I informed her that if her car a 2006 Honda Civic needs any service to go Bommarito. More

Once I showed up in person he made himself available immediately, had everything ready to go for me, car was impeccable, paperwork was ready to go, and he made sure that my wife and daughter were very comfortable while they were waiting for me to complete the transaction. Rick and I agreed on the purchase price prior to my arrival at the dealership and I actually got more for my trade than originally discussed. Rick made the purchase a no hassle experience.
