Price rating is not a 5 because I feel we could have found the car cheaper elsewhere, but we chose Bommarito (at least partly) because we liked the experience. Our credit rating, which has NEVER caused us issues in the past, was ONE point too low, and Bommarito would not give us the rate anyway. Otherwise, the experience was excellent; they have friendly people, great perks for buying at Bommarito, and nice amenities while you wait. More

The most important factor in choosing where to make my purchase was to first establish a relationship with a salesman that I felt was honest and would work for me. They were very cooperative when I inquired online about prices on a new Odyssey van, and once inside the dealership, several employees asked if we had any questions or needed help. Thomas was busy when we got to the dealer, so Sue Doyle was our salesperson and I was very impressed with her. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and she showed that she cared. We also had a problem a few months afterwards with an air leak in the front passenger's window, and when we brought the vehicle back to be fixed, Sue loaned us a car for that time. That was very appreciated as we live 2 hours from St. Louis. Yes, I would be a repeat customer!!! More
