After visiting several other Honda dealers and two Toyota dealers I have the means to compare Bommarito to others in the area. No comparison! There was no pressure, no feeling that I was being taken advantage of and, at the end, no feeling that I'd made a mistake in my choice of car or dealer. Tim gave me the opportunity to drive the car on my own (many of the others sat in the back seat and gave a running commentary on how great the car was) and was there later to answer any questions I had. When I came back the next day with a friend who also bought a car (she had been impressed with Bommarito and Tim and decided to not wait a year for a new car), I noticed what a friendly atmosphere the entire dealership had. Several employees introduced themselves, made sure I had something to drink, a comfortable place to wait, etc. I would definitely recommend Bommarito Honda and Tim Hickey to anyone I know in the market for a car. More

upon arrival to the honda dealership, we were greeted with a smile and some pleasurable whitty banter by our new friend, jim. But not before we had some more friendly conversation from jim. they had also washed and vacumed inside and out which is something we do not see everyday. More

i took my civic to the dealership because it was making weird sounds and this very nice young lady named whitney helped me get new tires on my car and now it drives like new. Our current automobiles are Honda's. Actually there are five in the family and we all drive Honda's. Three of our cars needed service so we went to the dealer we have been going to for 15+ years only to f five in the family and we all drive Honda's. Three of our cars needed service so we went to the dealer we have been going to for 15+ years only to find out our service guy was no longer with this dealer. They would not tell us where the service guy who we have been working with for years went but they did say he was still with Honda. We immediately left (without getting the service we went for) and went home and called all the Honda dealers in the area within a two radius and finally found Steve Thompson again. Phew....we are so happy to have found him because he has always been helpful, polite and trustworthy and always has given us excellent service. Your dealership is further for us but we get professional service that we are looking for so it is worth the extra miles. Our cars are now in good driving condition and we are grateful we found your employee Steve Thompson again we know we are in good hands. What an asset you have at your dealership it is a shame there are not molds of him made. More

I went in for a service visit today. When I arrived, I learned that I truly did not need any service on my car. Previously I was told that I needed to come in for a service visit when my car read 30% of learned that I truly did not need any service on my car. Previously I was told that I needed to come in for a service visit when my car read 30% of oil life. Jim Ketcherside, spent several minutes with me, explaining that my car did not truly need a service visit until it read 5% oil life. He showed me that when I press the odometer for about 1 minute, the display told me that service I will need once I hit the 5% oil life. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge about my vehicle. Because of this 5 minute visit, I think I will make Bommarito Honda my one and only service department for my Accord. More

The only reason I have decided to start going to Bommarito Honda is and have been dealing with Steve Thompson for the vast majority of those years. The only reason I have decided to start going to Bommarito Honda is because of Steve. He recently left Huey's Honda and began working at Bommarito. Over the years, I have always found Steve to be very knowledgeable, honest, fair, etc... and I am happy that I was able to track him down at his new job at Bommarito Honda and that I can continue my business at the dealdership where he is employed. I have known Steve Thompsonfor years through a previous dealership and when he moved to Bommarito, I followed.
