This dealer/ship is amazing! I walked in with a used car I bought from another dealership, for a recall, other miscellaneous work, and a check engine light. Turned out my engine w I walked in with a used car I bought from another dealership, for a recall, other miscellaneous work, and a check engine light. Turned out my engine was shot, and to frustrate more, I had very little options open to me. After a good cry in the bathroom, both the support team, and sales team worked with me to find out all my options: from getting a new engine, to trading in for either a used or new vehicle. They were friendly, understanding, and patient. Even when it gave them extra work, they worked to give me every available option to my stressful and frustrating situation. When I made a decision, they let me loan a car to go home for a couple hours and let my husband test drive it, and kept in good contact over the phone of the process taking place. We went back in later that night, and the team that has been with me all day helped us to not only finalize on my new car, but also helped to carry everything over from my old one. These people were great. I've always tried to stay with Nissan because I love their products, but these people went above and beyond, and Dave did everything to alleviate my stress and frustration. I highly recommend not only this dealership, but this dealer in particular. More
