From the start From the moment a ticket was being opened on my vehicle for scheduled services, Joe Zablin (the name on the card in front of his service station) trea From the moment a ticket was being opened on my vehicle for scheduled services, Joe Zablin (the name on the card in front of his service station) treated me like I was an idiot. The vehicle was not purchased from this dealership and it was explained to me that he was asking because if it was purchased from Hazelwood or Ballwin locations, the service would have no charge. I asked Joe if there was a charge and he said "yes". I then told him that I had 2 years of free maintenance from St. Charles Nissan and I have the paperwork, Joe acted as if I had not let him finish what he was saying and that they would send the charges to Nissan. I had the paperwork in hand and was tired of his backpedaling and told him to "come on" and finish. He told me he didn't have to deal with MY disrespect. Unacceptable. The service had not even begun and I would have rather drove 45 miles and dealt with the inconvenience than had to deal with Joe Zablin and his patronizing behavior. More
