The Rogue beat Toyota on mileage and also has a five star rating for the 2017 model by Consumer Report. I used the TruCar program, that is the greatest thing going; you plug in what you want on a car and the price you want to pay and dealerships have a internet person that picks up on what you put in. After you do this the dealership put up on screen what they have and it agrees to or near the price you put in. A certificate is printed out and you take it to the dealership no hassle they accept the price and you go from there. Joe Caswell was my Sale person and David Evans was my Sales Manage, both were great and the process was smooth. More

They Made it Right! My overall FIRST experience here was not a good one. We went with Bommarito due to their amazing reviews and great pricing. What we received was indee My overall FIRST experience here was not a good one. We went with Bommarito due to their amazing reviews and great pricing. What we received was indeed what we felt was a great price on a used car but the service was lack luster, and deceptive to points. The vehicle we purchased was damaged. We were lied to about the damage from the very beginning. The deal was pressured and then signing for the vehicle proved to continue along the same path. We were not given all the proper paperwork, information was not fully disclosed, we were rushed as the dealership closed and the service ball was ultimately dropped. Based off my first buying experience with Bommarito, I was not impressed and was very disappointed. After contacting upper management about the issues we were having with the pre owned vehicle we purchased and what took place prior to, during, and after purchase of the vehicle, we were assured they would make it right. They did just that. We were given a new salesman, Ted, and he was simply awesome. Ted was down to earth, friendly, and worked for us in making a deal on a new vehicle. We ended up staying till close one night trying to hammer out a deal, was unable to and came back the next day. We never felt pressured by Ted or that we were an imposition to him and his schedule. I was thrilled with the contact he kept, his patience and ability to work for us. He was with us through the entire process. He was the very last person we saw before we drove off the lot. Kyle in finance helped us with our loan. He broke down all the information for us, and the finance experience was flawless. He gave us more in depth information on extended warranty's than the first time around, didn't push us, but was patient with us. which was not the experience we received the first time around. We would recommend Bommarito. Thank you for working with us and making it right. Ted and Kyle were amazing and made the experience pleasurable after a disappointing first buying experience. More

Being that Bommarito Nissan Ballwin is seriously a First-Class operation with friendly and trustworthy personal that do what they say they will do. Being that I have been down right lied to in the past, by more than one large well know dealership, such as Sinclair and Suntrup, over promises they never kept after I signed the papers, I was terribly skeptical of all dealerships, but Bommarito Nissan has restored my faith that yes, there are some dealerships that care about their name, their integrity and their reputation. Before I address the fantastic team that worked with me, I have to say, I felt at home the moment I entered Bommarito’s dealership, as it had a bright friendly atmosphere; not to mention I was incredibly impressed by a freezer full of ice cream bars, fresh brewed coffee of my choice, fresh fruit, muffins, Rice Krispy Treats and more; as I had been running on coffee alone, driving from dealership to dealership looking at cars. My salesman Jim Hercules was fantastic. He was friendly and likable, and I had a sense from the very beginning that I could trust him. He had a no-nonsense approach that made purchasing a car easy and pleasurable. Along with an incredibly nice selection of vehicles to choose from, and feeling I was able to trust Jim when he promised to he would take care of some small details such as a few scratches and so-forth, I purchased the most awesome car I ever owned within an hour or so, and he was accommodating in every way. When I told him, I was paying for a rental car, he told me he would follow me down the street to return it, and then he lent me an awesome rental car for free. Jim did everything he promised, and delivered an incredibly clean vehicle; waxed and buffed on top of everything else. I can say no less of Kyle Reinken and Nate Ladendorf who approved to take care of a small detail I was uncertain about, and Kyle gave me the same sense of being genuine and trustworthy when discussing financing and buying an extended warranty; which I am happy I bought. What more can I say, I already have recommended Bommarito Nissan Ballwin to a friend who is in need of a car, and dealership she can trust. More
