Damon was helpful, and not pushy. Very knowledgable too. I would recommend this dealer, only if they were to discharge Frank Brunais as finance person. The deal Damon and I worked out was good, but when we I would recommend this dealer, only if they were to discharge Frank Brunais as finance person. The deal Damon and I worked out was good, but when we got to Frank, the deception began. He initially told me the interest rate they had through my credit union, and I corrected him on that. Then he pushed an extended warranty to me, claiming it would only push monthly payments up $6 a month, indicating it was a "no brainer" to buy. I agreed finally, and finalized the deal. When I got home, I went over the paperwork which was extensive, and realized the payments were also extended three months longer than we discussed. This pushed the price MUCH higher. I complained to Damon, who had me come in and rework the deal with another finance man, Greg Frasca. I did get the package anyway, but the deception was and is a thorn in my side. Frank also complained to me that he didn't know why I would deal with my credit union. (I am sure they get kick-backs from their finance companies). I told him I had been with mine for 51 years, and it had been a great relationship. I helped my daughter buy a new Sentra two years ago from this dealer, but wonder if I should check her paperwork as well. Again, I could not recommend this dealership unless I made sure the person who asked knew of these problems, and was ready for the setup. More

Cody Francis was our Sales Associate and from the moment we walked in to the dealership Cody and the young lady that greeted us made us feel comfortable. Cody could not have been more professional. He did not pressure us in the least and was able to negotiate our purchase to include having our Nissan Rogue Pre Owned Certified. Cody’s Service did not stop there. Damon was so helpful during my recent lease turn in and new lease purchase. He went out of his way to find the vehicle I wanted and made the deal happen by the end of the evening.
