Trade in my Nissan 350z for a more practical vehicle. I saw the car I was interested which was a used G35x. I had originally thought it was at the Hazelwood location. Chris Colesworthy was looking into i I saw the car I was interested which was a used G35x. I had originally thought it was at the Hazelwood location. Chris Colesworthy was looking into it and as it turns out, the infinity was at the west location. From there he offered to meet me at the west county location for a text drive that following Monday. Looking over the car and driving it, I knew this was the right car for me. When it came to financing it couldn't have been more clear and simple and easy. Best Decision I recently bought my wife a 2015 Nissan Murano for our 20th wedding anniversary. She was expecting new/used car but i decided to go all out. I contacted a sells person online at Bommarito Nissan and Dustin Olson quickly responded. I then stop by the dealership and Dustin showed me the many options and all the new technology these new cars offer. I felt no pressure or rushed to make a decision. I am some what of a procrastinator and tend to really think things over before making a purchase of this size. I emailed Dustin with many many questions. He always responded quickly and will lots of details in his answers. after a few weeks I finally decided to move forward just showed up at Bommarito Nissan. Dustin quickly made himself available. Even after all my previous questioning I asked most of the same ones over again and Dustin was fine and seemed excited to be discussing the features of the new Murano with me. He walked me through the financing process, made sure the car was detailed and cleaned nicely. Being a new car not much was needed but the fact that Dustin wanted to make sure it was special made me feel good about the service I was receiving. False advertising Bommarito had an ad in the St. Louis Post Dispatch for a 2015 Nissan Versa (automatic) for a "guaranteed price". This was the reason we went to this Bommarito had an ad in the St. Louis Post Dispatch for a 2015 Nissan Versa (automatic) for a "guaranteed price". This was the reason we went to this dealership. Doug Wang was helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. However, Tom Bommarito made it clear that they had no intention of honoring the "guaranteed price". The ad stated that the price included all discounts and incentives, but what it didn't say was that you had to 'qualify' for the incentives, such as being a recent college graduate, or veteran (actually you had to qulify for each discount, so it was highly unlikely anyone would get the "guaranteed price". Mr. Bommarito explained this to us as though anyone would know this and we were idiots. No apology for misunderstanding; in fact, just rude. So, they wanted more than $1,000 above the guaranteed no haggle price. Poor Doug; we were ready to buy, and could probably have gone up a little in price if his manager hadn't been such a jerk. More

The price was extremely competitive and experience was excellent, much better than we anticipated being the first time buyers with Bommarito. Paul was very good, explained every little detail on the model, and finding the model that we wanted. All preliminary negotiations were done by the phone after reviewing many different price offerings and options including TC, SamsClub, Costco, KBB etc. Paul was very patient and extremely professional. When we arrived in Hazelwood, the car was all washed, waxed, cleaned inside and out, and ready to drive home. Thank you, Paul!!!! Would be happy to do business with you again.
