After Sale: 30 March 2015 I took my vehicle back to have some accessories added. Although my appointment was for 8:30am, I realized that it would cramp my afternoon obligations. Ian handled writing up my service and informed me about how long it would take to complete the installations. He offered several options but was content with my final decision to re-schedule. There were no hassles... no pressure and he even agreed to hold on to my parts until I return in three weeks. I visited with Mr Zamler again to purchase the extended warranty on my purchase. He remembered our previous interaction from three weeks ago. His demeanor never changed. For me, its service after the sale that can make or break a business. When we arrived at the dealership to close the deal he stuck to literally every word he gave us online, as well as on the phone. We were negotiating with other sales associates at other dealerships at the same time, and they all said we couldn't get the deal Dustin worked out with us. I'm happy to say that we did. Kyle Reinken handled the financing for us. He was also very honest with us. We had made a few extended purchases at the time of financing, and later changed our minds. We were quite worried that this would be a difficult matter to deal with. It was all handled through an email. It doesn't get any easier than that. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We will be doing business with them in the future. More

Mark was extremely helpful in answering all questions and took the time to go through all of the features available on the car we purchased. He also enlighten us on all the discount options the dealership had to offer. Appreciated the fact that Mark was very low key and there was no pressure to purchase. I might add Mark was able to work a deal that beat all other dealers. He made the process enjoyable because he personalized it. He included my son on all the decision making as if he was the actual buyer of the vehicle. As he conversed with my son, he would throw us a head nod and a half cocked smile to make sure we were in agreement and that he wasn't overstepping any boundaries. My son had no idea he was doing this. My husband and I enjoyed his tactics tremendously. I highly recommend contacting Mark if you're thinking about buying a vehicle at Bommarito.
