I have visited this location twice before I decided to buy my car there. My first trip wasn't as social as my second trip. They answered my questions fully and honestly-which I appreciated ESPECIALLY from a car dealer. My second trip I brought my mom along to help me decide. The gentleman, Fred "the sailor", was SOOOOOOO helpful! He showed me every car I wanted to see (obviously) without the pressure that car dearlers' usually give when they want to make a sale. He was patient with my questions, offered us drinks (which is probably protocol but I appreciate the thought) and he was very attentive, even ignoring the phone when we were discussing numbers. My last trip, when we finally decided on a car, Fred was there first thing in the morning helping us. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice and even paid attention to what type of color of car I liked the most. We went during a Labor Day sale event so the car I got, 2010 Nissan Sentra 11,000 miles, was a fair price. I really appreciate the attentiveness of all the dealers on the lot- they all seemed friendly and laughed at my mother and my own corny jokes. All in all it was a great 3 visits and if I need to buy a new car (hopefully not anytime soon) I know where to start! More
I had not purchased a new or used car since 2003, and I was not looking forward to dealing with the salesman,sales manager, finance manager and the whole sales process that dragged out for the whole day an was not looking forward to dealing with the salesman,sales manager, finance manager and the whole sales process that dragged out for the whole day and wondering if I received a good deal. Luckily, a friend referred my wife and myself to Bommarito Nissan after his daughter had a recent pleasant experience at the dealership. I checked pricing on the Internet for the various models that I was interested, so I had a good idea of a fair price. My wife and I were assisted by Steve Colesworthy and Todd Eversgerd who explained the pro and cons of the Altima and Maxima models that interested us. After test driving and comparing the models we decided on the Maxima but were concerned about the higher price. Steve was able to work with us and even gave us a price better than the Internet best price included in Steve's price was a rebate that was not available until the next day. Steve also explained various lease options that might be beneficial to us. We arrived at the dealership around 7:45 P.M. and were able to complete the deal around 10:00P.M. Instead of pressuring us to complete all the paperwork that night. We were able to return to the dealership two days later to determine the value of our trade-in and sign the paperwork. Todd assisted us with the trade-in, final lease-option payments, explaining the features of the car and making sure that the car was spotless before we drove it off the lot. Steve and Todd made this a completely pleasant and friendly experience that may prompt me to stop in for a free bottle of water or an ice cream when I am in the area. I felt Steve and Todd when above and beyond to make this an exceptional experience. More

They did not follow through with the items they promised to get the deal done. the use car manager was extrememly rude. Customer assistance does not go a long way for this part of the dealership. The search for my next car started online. I came across a seemingly great deal on a 2010 Nissan Maxima at Bommarito Nissan. I contacted their Internet Department online and Matt McManous responded. I live in Chicago and looked all over the area for a specific Murano (NAV, color, options, etc.) but was unable to find the car and unwilling to pay $1000 to get the correct car shipped here. My in-laws live in St. Louis and suggested Bommarito. I checked the Bommarito website and they had the exact car I needed. I called, spoke to Mike O'Shea, and got a no nonsense quote in 5 minutes. The price was comparable or better than all the Chicagoland dealers. I bought the car and Mike was very helpful in handling the paperwork remotely through FedEx, the (exorbitant) Chicago taxes, getting a few additional items, and arranging with my father-in-law to pick up the car. After dealing with various shady/pushy/annoying sales tactics, it was refreshing to have a dealer give me a price and stick buy it. All in all, it was one of the easisest transactions I've made. I haven't been to Bommarito in person, but I look forward to stopping in and saying hello on my next trip to St. Louis. More
