My wife and I conducted a lengthy online research of the vehicles we were interested in and their prices. We then went to several dealerships and test drove many makes and models of crossover vehicles and m vehicles we were interested in and their prices. We then went to several dealerships and test drove many makes and models of crossover vehicles and minivans. We decided the Nissan Quest was the best vehicle for our family's needs. We contacted dealers from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Missouri about pricing. We located Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood, MO in an online search. Their dealership and their Internet Sales Manager Dustin Olson had extremely great reviews. They also had one of the largest selections. We contacted Dustin Olson by phone, and he was awesome. Our family later went to Bommarito Nissan and met with Dustin. In our opinion, Dustin is a very kind, honest, sincere, and knowledgeable professional. He demonstrated a lot of patience in explaining all the vehicle's features in an easy to understand way. He was great with our kids, even when they were acting out. Dustin offered to sell the 2011 Quest to us at a great price. He offered us a fair trade in value for our vehicle. This made the buying process much easier. He kindly entertained our two children after they became bored of watching mommy and daddy finalizing the paper work portion. Daniel in the finance department was also awesome. He too is a kind, honest, sincere, and knowledgeable professional. As an added bonus, we qualified for 0% financing. In order to take care of the paper work, both Dusin and Daniel stayed about an hour after closing. We felt bad for keeping them from their families. Even though they stayed late, we never felt rushed or pressured by them. This was by far the best car buying experience we have had. We would highly recommend Bommarito Nissan, Dustin and Daniel to all. We will be buying from them again. More

Bommarito is not the closest Nissan dealer to where I live but it was definitely worth the drive. I would definitely go to Bommarito first when buying my next car. More

I think you have it or you don't. it can't be taught, however, he does things that ordinary salesmen do not...over and over the normal process. that is why he stands out and is always busy when other associates are kinda sitting around. Terrific experience with Dustin Olsen at Bommarito Nissan. We stopped by the dealership and were interested in finding an SUV to use as a family car to be towed behind our motorhome. Dustin was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and as it turned out a Honda CR-V was the car that best met our needs. So, going way beyond the call of duty, Dustin graciously took us over to the Bommarito Honda dealership on the other side of the highway and personally arranged our purchase of a new Honda. This was particularly challenging because the SUV we wanted was not currently available due to production delays in Japan caused by the recent tsunami there. No problem for Dustin...he arranged to have the vehicle that we wanted placed on a wait list and he subsequently phoned us a few weeks later to say they had found our car. Here's where Dustin really shone: when we came to pick up our new car for delivery, the Honda rep who was involved the initial order decided that the final sales price would be significantly higher than what was agreed upon during the initial vehicle order. This could have been a deal-breaker, but Dustin being totally forthright and demonstrating uncommon integrity reminded the Honda rep of the correct price that all parties had previously consented to. As a result of Dustin's timely intervention, we took delivery of our car at the originally agreed upon pricing. So, A BIG THUMBS UP to Dustin Olsen for superb customer service and being a straight-arrow, highly professional Bommarito super-star. Highly Recommended!!! More

I only issue I had was I went on line and pre-scheduled a test drive and I had the couple on for $300 off. But, did not receive it. On line it said new or used autos. I don't know why I didn't get the dis test drive and I had the couple on for $300 off. But, did not receive it. On line it said new or used autos. I don't know why I didn't get the discount.
