I had recently graduate from college and I was looking at getting a different car. I was driving a cobalt at the time and I was wanting a fun, sporty car that had a manual transmission. I was looking at a Mazdaspeed 3 (too expensive), Civic Si, Volkswagon GTI and a subaru WRX. Needless to say, other than the Civic Si, these cars were way out of my price range, even trying to find a used one. After much research, I looked into the Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec-V and decided that's what I wanted to get. I went to 3 different dealerships and after a referral from my parents, they recommended going to any Bommarito dealership because they said they always have a good experience. Luckily, I found a Spec-V at this location for a phenomenal deal. Dan Barker was the salesperson who took care of me, and he did a great job. I test drove the Spec-V and fell in love with it. I really appreciated that Dan took the time to talk with me and find out if I liked the car because it seems most people in car sales want to get you in the first car you drive, not even considering if you even liked it. I understand that they need to sell to get a paycheck, but you shouldn't try to force people into buying something they didn't like. He didn't try to use any corny one-liners such as "What do I have to do to get you in this car" (I've heard that so much in the past week it's made me sick). The Nissan Bommarito was an excellent experience. Dan and Kyle took great care of me. Kyle was very informative in what he had to offer when it came to the financial situation (aka loans, warranties, insurance) As I said before, Dan and Kyle did awesome work with everything. With inspecting the Spec-V, assessing my trade-in, test drive and everything else, I was done in less than two hours. There is a reason why this dealership is rated one of the best, and other dealerships should take these customer service values and implement them if they want to do more sales. I will recommend this dealership to friends and family anytime. They have my business for my next car as well. Keep it up Bommarito! More
