Outstanding hassle Free service! From the moment my daughter and I walked on the premises, we felt so comfortable. My experience with Dustin (The Internet Guy) was great at Bommarito's. I had done extensive homework on the 2010 Altima before I began e-mailing Dustin. I told him what I wanted and he came back with multiple choices. My son and I arrived Saturday March 6 at 1pm and left at 6pm with a new Altima. Dustin was really busy with lots of customers but our experience was great. We took the car out on our own for a drive and when we came back Dustin was running to taking care of multiple customers. When it came to us he was very relaxed, attentive and we felt no pressure to hurry. He could have been rushed because of the other customers he had but quite the contrary he made us feel good and took his time with us to explain everything. I received a fair trade for my Honda Civic. Kyle worked with us on the financing and we were ready to go. Dustin had the car cleaned and put my plates on and we were off. This is my fifth new vehicle and was by far the easiest and least stressful buying experience. Start to finish, no pressure was applied especially the closing. We went with the oil change/tire rotation due to the price and the fact that we can get it done at any Nissan dealer. It's competitive with all other oil change facilities. Dustin showed me all the options and features of the vehicle and then let me go for a test drive. I was interested in the car, but needed to decide on a color and firm up finances before proceeding with the decision to purchase. Dustin was very patient with me and made no push to make a sale right away. On Monday, I let him know that I would like to work out a deal. When I arrived the vehicle was cleaned up and ready to go, I received a very fair offer on my trade in and it was off to sign paperwork. It was a stress free experience which was great! More
