I do not believe I could imagine a worse experience This dealership is full of liars and shady used car salesmen. The actual initial contact was not bad. However the car I purchased is junk. Within 48 hours the car had a terrible transmission shake. The car died in my driveway. I called, repeatedly. The only option that I was given is that they would “fix” the car. Wrong. They kept it for a couple of days, and after I made a scene in the showroom they agreed to let me have a loaner car, which was also junk. I told them that I did not want the car I purchased bc it was junk. The regional sales director told me “no problem, I’ll let you out of the deal”. Subsequently he backpeddled and only offered to “buy the car back if I bought another from them”. Seriously? Within 24 hours you don’t even think the car is Worth what you sold it for? What a joke. So all of the original problems are back and I would never buy another car from them. Fast forward one month, they owe me a check for $977 for taxes that I rolled into the loan. Today I was contacted by the finance guy who needs a lien release on my car I traded in (for $350). Because he couldn’t figure out how to get it based on the VIN #. So he informs me that unless I get it they will not give my check for $977 for the taxes. If there were a way to give less than 1 star I certainly would. This entire business is a joke. I have reached out to numerous people to get a resolution. I am convinced that the resolution is to prevent other people from buying at this dealership. Again. A joke. More

Great preowned selection! Looked everywhere for a low mileage preowned V6 loaded XLE Camry and couldn't find one. Yes, I even did national searches and came up empty-handed. I pulled into Bommarito's lot and within five- minutes (not an exaggeration) Rick Cooper had me test driving one with even more options than I ever seen and I bought it. Other Toyota Dealers I had bought multiple cars from in the area were unable to help. I told Rick the deal I wanted and he got it for me. No games and no "I've got to speak with the managers," like most dealers. It turned the vehicle did need a battery and the Bommarito service installed a new one in minutes while I waited. More
