Be responsible. Wouldn't trust these people. I went to look at a Mercedes and while inspecting my car for a trade-in, by accident the employee used the Mercedes key to start my Audi. The keys do look very similar and I could understand the mix up. However, as soon as I drove my car off the lot I noticed the key light on in my car and the key did not lock anymore. I had a meeting at my office down the street and didn't have time to go back, but I thought it may fix itself or could be reset with the computer thinking an outside key was used. No hard feelings, so then I received several relentless messages from Kayla Wren to get me back in to buy a car. I finally e-mailed her back asking if they can look at the key problem. I heard nothing back. Kayla - Be responsible and don't just blow off people when it is not to your benefit. How would you like this to happen to you? Mary, the sales lady, was very professional, but unfortunately I will never have any respect for this dealership again! More
