Worst salesman ever I went to this dealership to purchase a new Prius from their online stock. Sal Aslum was the salesman listed and he was horrible. He was juggling multiple customers when we arrived so we had a long evening. When we went for a test drive, I asked him about the features and he had not clue about them. He just started pushing random buttons on the steering wheel while I was driving. Naturally, he had no price negotiation but we were okay with the current rebate. The finance guy was amazing. He knew absolutely everything and was on target with everything so we felt better. When it came time to get the car, it was late. They pulled the car no further than beyond their service garage. They handed me the keys and quickly went inside shutting all the doors down. Unfortunately, they never pulled the car up enough and when I started to drive away I scraped the curb. It was very daunting because of all of the new bells and whistles and Sal never took time to explain anything. Needless to say, I ended up having to pay $90 for a patch job on the rim. Sal never bothered to follow-up with me. We will never buy from them again, nor will we ever recommend them. Lesson learned: if the sales guy doesn't understand the car technology, walk away. More
