Worst customer service I've ever had I work in customer service so trust me when I say it takes a LOT for me to even say something. I am absolutely distraught at the HORRIBLE customer service bommarito Toyota of hazlewood has shown me. My salesperson works at another location so he came over to sell me the car. I was promised floor mats and a full detail because it wasn't detailed when I came to see it. Needing to schedule my detail I called the dealership and let them know I needed it detailed and my floor mats , and I was told that they could not authorize it , when I told them my salesperson no longer worked at that location they said that I needed to go through a used sales manager rather than contacting him. Left at least 3 voicemails, was never called back. Was told I couldn't schedule it even though I had no response back, upon calling back was finally allowed to schedule it, still no floor mats. Eventually went in get my FULL detail which was supposed to take an hour or two but took 3 and a half hours. Signed the paper work and got on my way (dumb on my part) as I got in my car I see that the inside has not been touched at all, still dusty and stains on the seats were not even attempted to be taken care of. Seriously looked worse than when I brought it in. What were they doing for all that time? Does a dealership seriously think it is okay to give someone a car like this? I had somewhere to be so I called and asked to speak with the service manager who of course "didn't answer his phone" upon finally contacting my sales person I got my floor mats but that is not the POINT I was completely taken advantage of because I am a young first time car buyer. Let me not get into the 2300 warranty I was tricked into signing when I asked if it costed extra the answer was "no it is all included in the price." More
