Both took all the time we needed, there was no rush in this big purchase. Upon finishing up, Mr. Pavish sat in the back seat for over an hour with us - explaining all the features of the computerized systems. He did all the set up of our phones, set up of our home screen and took all the time we needed to make sure we knew everything about that truck before leaving. in fact, the store had shut down, and he stayed over with us until he knew we felt confident about the features.
