However, post sales help and service has been less than stellar. A couple days after purchase, I had to bring it back for a new key and a radio software update. This service was scheduled with my salesman. When I arrived, things were a bit unorganized as to where to go, who I needed to talk to. My appointment was not in any of their systems. 2 hours later, I am still there and they tell me there are no updates available for my radio. I did get the 2nd key that they couldn't find when I bought the car. I was told that 2 hours was normal for any service. To me that's crazy. It doesn't take 2 hours to look in a computer. When I talked to the sales manager, he sorta listened to my concerns, but never offered anything for the inconvenience and made some poor excuses for what happened. They also had no good reason why I was never called back after trying to talk with a manager. Fast Forward almost 4 weeks when it came time to register my car. After being promised I should get the paperwork within a week or so, I received my paperwork 48 hours before my temp tag expired. I was told by my salesman that they could give me a new temp tag. When I called the finance people to get a new temp tag to hold me over till I could deal with the DMV (this was on a Saturday), they told me I could not get a new one. I asked what my options were. There was only 1: miss work and re-arrange my life to register the car during the 48 hour period I had left. I was told by finance person 1 that they would contact the office manager to see if they'd pay any late fees with the state if I didn't get there in time, and then call me back on Monday. I never received that call back to verify now 6 days later. I called back and asked to speak with a Manager, and a finance manager finally talked with me after 4-5 calls and not getting anyone. That person suggested they could possibly get me a dealer tag to hold me over. That person said they'd call me back to verify. I never received that call back to verify now 6 days later. I was also told by my salesman that the dealership would pay any fines if I got pulled over for expired tags. With the level of service and non-availability of managers contacting you, I wasn't going to test this. I also didn't want a negative mark being on my record. So I was forced to miss work to deal with the DMV in 48 hours. When I need a new vehicle, I may stop by Bommarito, but it will by no means be the only place I look like it was after the initial buying experience. I am even considering forgetting about the free oil changes they offer as their service department is so disorganized and SLOW. Original Review: I can't say enough great things about Bommarito Toyota. My wife and I went to purchase a used Camry we saw online. Josh, our salesperson, was friendly from beginning to end and helped us with anything we needed. Josh never tried to play any games with us on price and showed us the actual shop order on what the dealer did to the car before putting it on the lot. Anything that he said that needed to be done to the car he offered to put it in writing for us and we never had any issues. We have an almost 3 month old and the entire staff was amazing with him. There were no issues needing to feed him while we were there. Many of the sales people tried to make him smile and told us about their kids. Stuart was very friendly talking with us while we were waiting for finance on a very busy day. It was evident that the folks working there were generally happy and enjoyed their job and each other. We dealt with Shannon during the finance process, and she was totally no pressure with any of the extended warranties. She answered all of our questions and gave us her honest opinion about different options available. She was also very kind toward our son while we were working with her. We have been to several Toyota dealerships now and Bommarito Toyota was the best experience we had by far. This will now be the first place we look for our next vehicle. I wish Josh and Shannon were also available to be tagged in this review as they were an integral part to making our experience so great. Thank you Bommarito Toyota! More

My purchase was for a fully loaded Jeep SUV which when ran had performance and safety alerts no one could explain. The car user manual was missing.which would have explained vehicles operation. When asked salesman Ric Woods to provide or to order it. He took three weeks to produce a strange manual. I ordered a manual online which arrived in three days during the holiday season. Manual came in a kit form that included CD, customer manual and a carrying case. I was further told SUV was offsite being detailed which took three days and wasn't done. I am a disabled veteran who dealt with this salesman because of a referral by another thought to be a veteran. I am an old dog you have taught a new trick. There are they who will say or do anything to achieve a sale. Many more sales if honor was embraced by them. More
