None of the others were even close to the Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland's professional but warm approach. When it comes to car deals, I don't like games. I'm ok with some negotiations, but as a customer, I can easily see how dealers are playing games and stuff. This place had by far the best approach/attitude. First, Gustavo San Pedro was super nice and really responsive. I took a test drive, he cleared all the questions in my head about the vehicle and tried to give me the best price he can, without taking my time and without making any uncomfortable negotiations. But then I decided to see other options and he kindly thanked me for seeing the car, and he wasn't pushing it too hard. I checked several others but then decided to go to Bomnin Chevrolet Dadeland again. He was super nice again, and along with Eddie Calderon, they helped me a lot, made everything easier! It has been a really nice experience thanks to them! More

I was a bit disappointed in the trade value offered for my car, however, we found precisely the truck I was looking for. After a long day in the dealership we're finally leaving. After closing on the vehicle we were promised that our accessories would be shipped the Monday after purchase. This was due to the parts department being closed late at night. It has been over a week and we have not seen our mats, antenna, or manuals. On top of all of it the truck has paint damage that we didn't notice on the lot, from what looks like a porter grazing the front of the truck against another vehicle. The truck is great and I really like it. I just want everything that is supposed to come with it. More
