Terrible Service and follow-through I called in early on a Saturday around 1. Was told by the lady that answered that I would have to wait until a Monday to get a pricing quote on a car I called in early on a Saturday around 1. Was told by the lady that answered that I would have to wait until a Monday to get a pricing quote on a car, since it was busy. Since I'm an out-of-state buyer, I said ok. Monday came and I didnt have a call by 3pm, so I called in. Got in touch with the same lady....she said she would get the sales manager to put the quote together and call me back. 7pm comes, no call. I call back and a guy answers, says the girl I was talking to already left. I told him I was getting irritated with the lack of follow-up. I'm a serious buyer with a loan pre-approved. He says he'll leave a note with her to call me in the morning. Next day comes (now Tuesday), and 7pm comes and no call. I call and speak with a different guy. I explain the situation and ask to speak to a supervisor. He gives me excuses of how they sell a lot of cars and dont give quotes over the phone. I informed him that he and his supervisors had 24 hours to get me a quote or I walk and take my business elsewhere. Next day, today (Wednesday)...its 7:55pm as I write this review....still no call. I'm done. Terrible service. And that's coming from an individual in sales for over 16 years. More
