After searching high and low through countless dealerships, large and small, we ultimately found the right vehicle right in our own back yard at Bomnin Chevrolet. It was altogether a very good experience from beginning to end. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicles with in their inventory. The guided us through every step of the way, without trying to force us in a different direction. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, especially when I got the car that I wanted at the price I expected. I loved the way they had the car prepped and ready to go when I wasn't even sure that my financing was already completed. Kudos guys, it was a very nice surprise. That really put a big smile on our faces. We love our new "used" car and hopefully in the very near future will be buying yet another one. At that time, my very first stop will be at Bomnin Chevrolet. Provided excellent service, was conscious sense of time management. That is important as I am also a business owner. So, finance manager who handled my transaction, Did an awesome job getting me the best possible interest rate on the loan, without pressuring me to buy things I didn't need. Terrible Experience So far I've had a terrible experience. At first they seemed very honest and straight forward until after i test drove the vehicle. I was told by the sales man that attended me that everyone had offered the minimum for this vehicle. I explained that i am willing to give asking price because i really want the car, i did not try to haggle. When the salesman came back with the paperwork they added over 3k in fees. No one tried to negotiate or help me in anyway they just told me that's just the way it is. I spoke to someone the next day and explained the situation and they advised they would check for me and they would call me back. its been days now and no call back. So much for " committed to excellence ". Just like any other car dealership they paint a pretty picture at first and then try to screw you in the end. So if you decide to go here please note that they do not care about anyone just profit. More
Tried to Purchase a Vehicle We visited Bomnin Chevrolet on Wednesday September 28, 2016. We were interested in purchasing a 2013 Chevy Traverse that was advertised on USAA.com fo We visited Bomnin Chevrolet on Wednesday September 28, 2016. We were interested in purchasing a 2013 Chevy Traverse that was advertised on USAA.com for $17,492. We are both members of the United States Air Force and work with USAA often because of their rates. So we already had approved financing. When we got there we were met by a salesman named Fernando. He showed us the vehicle and seemed very cordial. That was until it was time to negotiate since we decided to buy the car. When we sat down to talk about cost he gave us several different responses leading us to believe he couldn’t provide any information. And as a side note, he lied to us in the beginning when he said they just lowered the price by $3000 so we were getting a great deal. This was a lie. I knew that because I had seen this vehicle for a while and the price did not change. But I was willing to overlook this little white lie as just a silly sales tactic. When we asked how much he was willing to lower the price he said they don’t negotiate. We had to pay what they were asking. Then we asked him to print a quote so we could see the monthly payment and tax/fees. He said he couldn’t do that since we were financing through USAA. I had already given him my approved APR so it shouldn’t have been an issue to run the numbers for me. He then said he was unsure about the extra fees. He gave us the dealer fee and that was about it, trying to convince us that there was no way he could predict what the fees were going to be. When we stressed the negotiation of the price again he got rude and insisted there was nothing he could do. We asked him to speak to his manager but he refused. When we decided to leave, he tried asking how much we needed it lowered. So we said instead of $17,492 let’s make it an even $17,000. And then he said that’s not possible. The worst part was the way he signaled us to leave. After saying no for the last time he said “Thank you for coming in” with this look on his face as if to say “get out”. He made us feel very uncomfortable and by the end of the encounter we felt really insulted. He gave us the impression we were simply frustrating him as he got very agitated. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone for fear they might have the same bad experience, possibly with another employee. Needless to say we are shopping somewhere else because we are really interested in purchasing a Chevy Traverse in particular. More

They will explained then some incentives have been subtracted from the real price. Of course, this incentives are only for the 0.1% of the possible population intending buy a Chevrolet. Salesmen are unprofessional, unethical and as soon as they see you are not about to give up all your money easily, they will literally turn the back on you and ignore you as a street dog. No to talk of the new scam: "electronic fee". A year ago they came with this idea to obtain more money from sales. Used to be $99, well.... now is: $398!!! Personally, will never step on this place again! More
