BACKGROUND: For the past few months I have had an extremely SERIOUS situation with my LR tire that kept loosing air constantly! Time and time again it was taken down, placed on the water tank… but it showed NO BUBLES!! Nevertheless I had to, like every 2-3 days, replaced the lost air!! Today, as frustrated as you can imagine I may be with this “unknown mystery” I was “resigned” to buy a new tire….which as you can see a bit further down on this note… it would had been a complete WASTE OF MY MONEY something I don’t quite enjoy. Finally, this morning, after a more thorough investigation by Dennis and Layderman the “culprit” was found= a little tiny nail INVISIBLE to the naked eye = MISTERY SOLVED!!. Not only this save me money, but = who knows? = a possible accident in a highway, at high speed with terrible results. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, Ricardo Bestard greeted us warmly but did not make us feel like we were being pressured to purchase a car. He allowed us our space and didn't force us to look at any specific vehicle. Ricardo went out of his way to let me test drive the specific car I wanted to see even though it was not one of the cars nearby. He was straightforward about what he knew and what he would have to inquire about as it was his 3rd day of employment at this dealer. When I fell in love with the Equinox, Ricardo searched high and low for a vehicle that met my criteria. The car wasn't at the dealer but he promised to keep an eye out for it so he could grab it as soon as it arrived at the dealer. The next morning Ricardo sent me a text with the picture of the car which arrived that morning. That afternoon I closed the deal and Carlos got me a better finance deal than the one my own Credit Union had offered. Again at no moment did I feel like I was dealing with the proverbial sharks as was my experience with other dealers. The cars and their prices sell themselves. And these warm, friendly and straightforward individuals are the icing on the cake. My husband and I were so happy to be Ricardo's first sale at the Lorenzo Bomnin dealership, and we certainly know he will have many more. The quality of service we experienced has already been shared with family friends and coworkers. You have earned our loyalty for the future! A job well done! More

Likely the worst Chevy dealership in the State...or country. I highly recommend heading over to Bomnin Chevrolet if you find that you have time to waste and enjoy the "old school" car salesman gimmicks. It seems I highly recommend heading over to Bomnin Chevrolet if you find that you have time to waste and enjoy the "old school" car salesman gimmicks. It seems that the staff there have not yet heard of "the internet" where any and all information related to pricing and incentives is widely available. Dancing around questions, unfamiliarity with their own trim packages and respective MSRP's, and then outright refusing to show numbers used to calculate the "payment" (if you can call it that. It was literally 1/3 of my mortgage payment) because "that's how a lease works, it only works one way, we're not allowed to show you numbers." Yes, exactly, perhaps I should just sign all the forms blank and then you fill them in with numbers of your choosing, after which I'll just sign off on a few blank checks and you can write yourself some bonus cash as a thank you for your exemplary display of integrity-driven salesmanship and customer service skills? I wasn't aware that you needed some sort of formalized educational training to understand msrp, sale price, incentives, net cap cost, money factors and residuals and that, to the uninitiated, it is all a huge secret which cannot be divulged. The best part is that they literally have no record of my ever having visited their dealership because the salesman never introduced himself, asked my name or for any of my information (this is usually sales 101 every other time I have purchased a vehicle)...maybe they profiled me? Perhaps they specialize in trying to bully buyers with good credit who are ready to buy the car immediately? Fortunately there are literally a minimum of five other chevy dealers in Dade, and likely at least another 5 in Broward. With so many positive reviews on google reviews I thought I was in for a phenomenal experience, but now It's obvious that the majority of these reviews are suspect (read: fake, planted, manipulated). Nearly every single one references a particular salesperson by name, and apparently there are more reviews for this dealership being posted on a weekly basis than most products on Amazon receive in a month. The store was pretty dead when I walked in, maybe a part of their sales training is in setting up gmail accounts and posting reviews for the dealership while naming themselves? Part 2 of that session must be "how to beg your friends and family to post up positive reviews about you." At least these reviews on Yelp show the truth. Simply put, please don't waste your time with this poorly run dealership. More
