VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE!!! VERY DISAPOINTED!!!! They are Very good the sell cars but the worst place to receive service!!! My husband brought a new 2015 Malibu and after 2 weeks with the car he had to take the car for service. He picked the car after a week in service and the car is having the same issue. Not even made the first payment on this car and already having technical problems and found out that after a week in service they NEVER fixed the issue. PLEASE BE AWARE!!! More
Oil change and recall services I was advised that the services will take up to 2 days to be completed (recalls) and I was given a loaner (Chevrolet Cruze). I noticed immediately tha I was advised that the services will take up to 2 days to be completed (recalls) and I was given a loaner (Chevrolet Cruze). I noticed immediately that it was dirty /dusty from outside and the service rep. doing the outside inspection agree with me, the inside was dingy. I went back to the service desk and asked to change for another car. I was provided another Chevrolet Cruze also dirty in and out but less than the first one. At this time I decided to keep this last one and left. More

It was not in the agreement just a hand shake. Merrill stuck by his word. That does not happen to often these days. More

Nancy helped various times; finding us a salesman (we arrived rather late in the day) and then correcting some papers later on. Even though purchasing a car is a rather long process, they at least made it pleasant. More
THREE TIMES AND IT STILL ISN'T WORKING My 2005 corvette developed condensation on the windshield and I took it in to be fixed. the car is under a GM program extended warranty. Avalanche Awesome Experience We had an excellent experience at Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet. We originally called from an Auto Trader ad. We spoke to Pedro who was very nice and helpf We had an excellent experience at Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet. We originally called from an Auto Trader ad. We spoke to Pedro who was very nice and helpful. He promised to get us more information on the vehicle listed. Albert called us back with all the vehicle details. Albert met with my husband and really catered to his needs and went above and beyond in his efforts to make sure the vehicle met all his wants. I went by the next day when Albert had just left and Pedro remembered me immediately from our phone conversation, he even showed me his notations from it so quickly that I was impressed. Dwarn another sales person standing nearby was very nice put me in contact via cell phone with Albert who answered immediately, was really helpful and organized, he told me the vehicle we are interested in was in service getting reviewed and would be able for a test drive on the next day, so we made an appointment to view it then. Dwarn kindly escorted me to my car. These friendly details really made the difference in this buying experience. The next day my husband and I came to view the vehicle, Albert was waiting for us and in zero delay we were already test driving the car. Car ran great and when we pulled back into the lot, my husband noticed a 2nd vehicle. With no hesitation Albert got the info on the 2nd vehicle then we test drove it, loved it and made an offer on it. We went from offer to driving away in less then 2 hours. Albert was a tremendous help in the negotiation. Fausto in financing was such a nice man and he also helped me with all the information requested while I was on the phone transferring my car insurance to the new car. The last stop was with Nancy the cashier who was super friendly, organized and gave service with a smile, really super sweet. I really recommend Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet. Everyone I mentioned above made our car buying experience really a pleasure. Please send them all my thanks we are thrilled with our new car. Call you next time. :) More
