They made sure they took care of people on a first come first serve basis (I was second), and in typical Miami style people would walk in and think they should be first. Having some mechanical issues and major concerns, I dealt with both Rene and his Manager JC. They brought out the mechanic, Stanley, who not only met with me, but took concern with me and my issue. I have to say that this mechanic is the BEST I have ever encountered. Not only is he an expert, however he is a master at his trade and customer service too!!. The manager JC gave me his contact numbers (including his cell phone) and kept his word on what I could expect from his department. I can not say enough about the professionalism and dedication that these gentlemen have along with ensuring that their customers have been treated as they should.
