My name is Alejandro Mulet Campos, owner of a Chevrolet Blazer RS 2019. The assistance provided was not satisfactory, the steering and alignment services, was bad performed, look like no work was made on Blazer RS 2019. I get very disappointed with the treat made by Marco Suarez, look like he don't care about if the service was provided well or not, even look like they do not test the car first in order to the customer get a good service, transferring to the client a bad quality care in service and treatment to the client. Michael Tarrau, the manager, was the one interested at the end and because I ask about the refund of the money, but event after leaved the car for two more hours, the result with the steering and alignment services were the same. I still waiting for the refund of the money, so they are more than 2 weeks and I don't received yet the my money back, money that the dealer get before do the service. So, I paid already a bad service, bad customer support, even still waiting to get a refund of the service that was not provided. Will be also nice, when you return a car to the client, a cleaning service of it, that will be transfer more satisfaction to client with the service provided. More
The customer service agents fail to communicate any issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who cou issues with the timliness of the repairs. I left several messages that were not answered. The switch board failed to connect me with an agent who could give me an update if my original service consultant was off or unavailable. My concerns were not elevated to the service director. No one was interested in providing an update or facilitating the timely return of my vehicle. This was extremely upsetting considering the thousands of dollars I have spent on my vehicle at this dealership in the last several months. I would not recommend the dealership or chevy to anyone. More
