Terrible Service Department If I could rate this service department as a "zero," I would. Ruben, Service Advisor, unprofessional, and not well suited for customer service. He was unable to articulate what was wrong with the vehicle after sitting there for a week. I had to call the service department in order to get preliminary information. JC, Service Director, needs to "listen" more and understand customer's needs. I brought my son's 2012 Chevy Camaro in for engine problems. I am the ONLY authorized owner on the vehicle and now the service department wants $135 to release the vehicle to a tow truck for unauthorized diagnosis of engine repairs without any upfront authorization other than a verbal by an unauthorized person. No written estimate ever provided either. This is unconscionable and wrong. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR in to this service department. Owner out of town supposedly when I called the dealership. The only reasonable person I spoke with was Juan Miguel/Service Manager. He at least listened and is trying to reason with JC/Service Director. More
Terrible Experience First off, I had an appointment for a simple oil change with a certain person at 10am however i arrived early and the gentleman was on the phone for a First off, I had an appointment for a simple oil change with a certain person at 10am however i arrived early and the gentleman was on the phone for a half hour and no one else was able to help me. i was then told at 10 that my car would be about an hour and a half. After the hour and a half went by my car was still in the same place and had not been touched while other cars that arrived after me had been taken in. I decided to ask how much longer and the gentleman then told me at least another half hour because there was another car in front of me. My car was not taken into until 12pm (2hrs after my appointment). It took them an hour to do my oil change and then tell me that they took longer because they changed around my tires which i never told them to do. mind you these mechanics work on the cars all day and put the wider rims in the front to then ask if i had a break lock because the breaks were locking. Only reason i stayed taking my car back for oil changes was because it was under warranty but i will never be going back here again More

Horrible Customer Service and they lie We bought a brand new 2016 Camaro and it was a lemon. We would constantly complain to Bomnin Chevrolet and they did nothing. The car was in the shop at least 30 times until we contacted General Motors. General Motors agreed on a repurchase/settlement. They asked us to contact the Manager JC Huerrero. He never returned my calls and I finally spoke to another person in Service that helped me. When we arrived to sign the paperwork he was very nice and told us he would immediately overnight the paperwork to General Motors. Not so, it took him almost a week and then we left a few things behind in the car and again would not call us back. Beware of this dealership. Worse customer service and not to be trusted. More

One that my car was repaired without a quote, 2nd the key was the problem, third they wanted to know which car I had purchased for the trade I left behind. then the final blow $4500 repair. I should have known since two weeks ago my other car came in for an oil change and I received a call we had taken the wrong car. More
Never going there again! They had my vehicle for 6 weeks to fix a horn and fuel injector failure. I think that 6 weeks is too long to service any vehicle. My service advisor lied the whole time about servicing my vehicle. I went to pick up my vehicle after 6 weeks and it was covered with dirt and bird feces. Another part that he said was fixed wasn't fix and my shifter came apart. They took it back that same day and fixed the shifter and partially fixed the other part. They also washed it and now I have chipped paint. The service manager said that the paint & body shop would call me within 48 hours to schedule an appointment to fix the chipped paint. 5 days has passed and I never received a phone call. This has been the worse experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I will not go there again More

I never get a call to tell me my car is ready, I am never given an estimated time, and am never able to talk to an advisor because I am sent to voicemail. This visit's adventure was that they couldn't find the work order for my car. I only took my car back to them because I received a letter from Chevrolet that there is a defect on my model. The advisor that received me made me feel like an idiot for asking questions about the letter and other concerns I had about hot my car was running. The customer service is so bad I cringe at the though of having to take my car in for something as simple as an oil change, and put it off as long as possible. It is a shame that customer service of the advisors has ruined my experience to the point of no return because the actual service that get performed on my car seems to be ok. More
Same problem, multiple explanations, high charges. In a word 'HORRIBLE!' This is the 3rd time in the past few months that I have brought my Buick Enclave in for the same problem. Each time they came In a word 'HORRIBLE!' This is the 3rd time in the past few months that I have brought my Buick Enclave in for the same problem. Each time they came up with a different set of items that needed to be changed to correct it. I spent a total of over $3000 on the first two visits. On the last visit they opined that I needed to now change the fuel injectors for an additional $1700. I will NEVER take a vehicle in for service there ever again. More

Manejé desde lejos durante más de una hora pensando que el servicio de reparación en el dealer sería más profesional que en otro taller. Cuando llegué, la muchacha que me atendió en el front desk verificó mi appointment, me mandó a esperar en el salón y llamó dos veces por el audio a la persona de servicio que debería atenderme. En la siguiente media hora nadie de servicio aparecíó, sólo vinieron dos veces los parqueadores a pedirme la llave para mover el carro porque estaba estorbando afuera. Cuando fui junto con el parqueador a preguntarle a la muchacha del front desk por qué no me habían atendido, esta dijo que yo no había pasado por el mostrador, cuando fue ella misma la que me había atendido. Además de no haber dado seguimiento y chequear si ya me estaban atendiendo, decir que yo no pasé por el mostrador me pareció irrespetuoso. Por fin apareció la persona de servicio, un señor llamado Ruben, que estaba allí desde hacía rato pero nunca se acercó a atenderme hasta que fui yo a reclamar. Cuando pregunté qué tiempo duraría hacer el diagnóstico que cuesta $135, me dijo que podía demorar hasta por la tarde o hasta el final del día porque dependía de los carros que tenía por delante. Entonces le pregunté para qué servía hacer un appointment?. La respuesta fue que en todos los dealer es así. Le dije que quería quejarme con alguien de Servicio al Cliente y me dijo que si quería me sentara ahí a esperar. Esperar hasta qué hora, el día entero también?. No me quedó otro remedio que irme y manejar otra hora de regreso Yo compre un Cruze en 2011, lleve a mi hijo a comprar un Malibu en 2017 y he recomendado a muchos familiares y amigos. Después de esta experiencia no creo que recomiende a nadie más. Lo único que les interesa es vender pero el servicio no les interesa. More
