I purchased a vehicle 2018 Chevy Tahoe July26, 2023. The 2nd day the seat stop working. I called to speak to GM, Sales Mgr given run around they started sending me to the service department. I sen The 2nd day the seat stop working. I called to speak to GM, Sales Mgr given run around they started sending me to the service department. I sent out emails only one was answered with questions and I replied to it. I had to send them all the was up to Aug.8, 2023 no further communication or resolution on bringing back to have it repaired. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will not go here for service any longer. On more than 1 occasion my appointment has been lost and my tire pressure was not checked and corrected as part of the tire rotation. Hi Bomnin team, My experience at Bomnin service, though I needed a lot of work on my car this past Monday and Tuesday (8-7-2023 and 8-8-2023), was excellent. Roger (Counter/Customer Service), Jeff (Techn I needed a lot of work on my car this past Monday and Tuesday (8-7-2023 and 8-8-2023), was excellent. Roger (Counter/Customer Service), Jeff (Technician), Bill (Services - rides), and Derek (rides) were excellent and a credit to the Bomnin team. I hope I have all of their names correct. I really appreciated all of their efforts and I trust your team. I have had excellent service in the several times I have been to Bomnin for service of my 2011 Chevy Malibu. I really appreciated the drop-off and pick up on the days of my service (Bill and Derek) and that Roger and Jeff were able to discover the car concerns that I needed to address and have fixed.
