This is the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership from the sales person to the finance officer. No pressure to buy, everyone was very polite and respectful, answered all my questions, s a dealership from the sales person to the finance officer. I’ll definitely tell my friends and family members about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. More
3 weeks later and we have not received our $500. 00 deposit back. Hard as heck to even get in contact with anyone. $500 was to hold the vehicle and never should have been processed. 00 deposit back. Read the fine print on the price advertised. I was able to work out a deal, so it worked. I was able to work out a deal, so it worked. More

Sold me a car with bad rotors. They made a horrible noise braking at 60+ mph and you could feel them in the pedal. Called that day, they told me service was closed for the weekend, and told me to drop the car off on Monday and they'd fix it. Called Monday, they told me they'd actually like me to drop it off Wednesday when they open at 9am. So I show up, drop the car off when they open at 9am. Wait till 1pm, call to get an update before I head there, and get transferred around to pretty much everyone in the building and no one can even find any information on my vehicle. After dealing with that for two hours and getting nowhere, I Ubered up to the dealership to see what was going on, and my car was still sitting where it had been left at 9am. No one had any idea about the repair or about my car at all. So they gave me a loaner and told me they would have it fixed by tomorrow. So I get a call the next day at 11 saying that they aren't replacing the rotors, as they're aftermarket and nothing is wrong with them, they just "give you feedback". After arguing with them, they agree to replace the rotors, and tell me to come get the car, and that they would call me when the parts arrive. Then, about 3 hours later, I get a call saying that they had encountered extra expenses with my trade in (not my problem), and that they would not be replacing my rotors. Suffice it to say, that if you need a car, please, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else, this is not the place to be. They are not here for you they're only looking out for themselves.
