We were very pleased with the salesperson, Aladdin Faruque. He was polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy, all of which we appreciated very much. I have to say that my opinion of salespeople, especially when they work on commission, is not very high, but Aladdin changed that opinion. My husband and I felt that he relieved a great deal of the pressure and stress of buying a new car and made it instead a pleasurable experience. Not only was Aladdin very helpful, but the other staff were as well. The equinox is our first ev, so we had many questions, many of which were answered by the other staff working that day. We wish we could remember their names to thank them as they were sincere and accommodating. Also we were very grateful to Aladdin for responding to questions after we were home with the car. So many times once a sale is complete, the salesperson refers the buyer to another dept for answers, but Aladdin did not do that; he was very responsive even after the sale was complete. Finally, we had to drive about 100 miles to Bomnin but were very glad that we did. I would give Aladdin and all those who work there more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you. More
