Everyone was friendly and respectful but they seemed disorganized. Even though they knew I was coming from another state to buy an EV and I had to drive back about 200 miles, when I got there the car wa disorganized. Even though they knew I was coming from another state to buy an EV and I had to drive back about 200 miles, when I got there the car was not even charged and was dirty. They dragged the purchasing process for six hours and even in all this time nobody offered to show me the features of the car or explain how to charge or maintain it. More

We had an appt for 3:30pm and were told it wouldn’t be looked at until the next day. Then we were told it would be over $2k because they “replace parts we don’t repair.” My husband asked to speak to the m looked at until the next day. Then we were told it would be over $2k because they “replace parts we don’t repair.” My husband asked to speak to the mechanic to ask questions and was told “we don’t do that” so we couldn’t even ask questions. We left without having work done and once my husband was under the car he saw that only one of the broken items we were told about was accurate and the other part wasn’t broken. Definitely won’t be returning to this location. More
