Communicative, empathetic and sincere are what come to mind when thinking about my experience with him. For the rest of the Bomnin organization, not so great and plenty of room for improvement. My rating would be 2 stars. The moral compass of the sales manager seems to heavily tilted towards profitability rather than doing the right thing. Happy to have further conversations if you’re interested. More

Trying to get someone from this service department to return my calls was futile. On my last call I left a message to the effect that if I don't hear from anyone by the end of the day I would be taking return my calls was futile. On my last call I left a message to the effect that if I don't hear from anyone by the end of the day I would be taking my vehicle to another shop, which is exactly what I did. No way would I recommend this place to anyone. More

Would never do business with again. Extremely dishonest. Buyer beware. They will try and slide fees past you without you realizing.
