I bought my car and they stated they owed me a key. Now I’m wondering why they were selling a car they didn’t have a second key for? Anyway, I was told to come in that same week and that the key would Now I’m wondering why they were selling a car they didn’t have a second key for? Anyway, I was told to come in that same week and that the key would be there but I couldn’t take off work again that week. I called in and they said I could come the following week. I took off more time and went in the following week, no key had been ordered. At this point I’m really confused. I’m told a day later the key was “back ordered” when I was told it was just not ordered the day prior. They say the key is in 1 day after saying it’s “back ordered”, odd but ok. Then request for me to take off more time that week to come back in. I say I can’t and set up an appointment for Saturday. I proceed to get up early on a Saturday, go in, and my key is there! However the appointment for calibration was never set up by the rep I spoke to. They said it’s a 4 hour wait and to come in on a work day with an appointment. Again, this should have been a 1 day deal. I text the rep asking if they can just come to me to calibrate or something instead of me taking off work again. I have yet to hear any response. So yay I get to go for a 4th visit and HOPE they actually made an appointment this time. The only nice thing I can say about my experience is 1 sales rep who has been trying to help me navigate all of the ridiculousness More
