I had to have the engine in my ZL1 replaced for the oil pump failure that plagues the 17 & 18 LT4 engines. Keith was my technician and was extremely helpful though the entire process. Issues with communication, documentation, and we owes. Communication was difficult throughout the entire process. I was contacted multiple times about missing documents they forgot to have me sign. Also was supposed to have a part mailed to me after refusing to do a dealer to dealer transaction. Wanted me to drive 4 hours round trip to get a new tail light housing... really not a great look for a GM dealership. Wouldn't return to or refer this dealership. More
