My first visit to Bomnin was pretty good. I just relocated to the area and figured I’d need to call a new service department home. I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment and how I just relocated to the area and figured I’d need to call a new service department home. I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment and how clean the waiting area was. I was slightly perturbed that my 7:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with a safety inspection and quick light bulb change had me there until 11 AM, but my service advisor took care of the cost of the state safety inspection for the long wait, which is always great. Overall, my experience was delightful. I’ll be back in a few months. More

Been brining our Tahoe there for years for service and oil changes. Always bring a promotional coupon sent by the dealership and has never been an issue. This visit they would not honor the 59.99 coupon oil changes. Always bring a promotional coupon sent by the dealership and has never been an issue. This visit they would not honor the 59.99 coupon for oil change because it takes more then 6 qts. Charged $99. Even though the promotional coupon list our 2019 Tahoe. Very deceiving. Won’t go back again. More
