Even though I had an appointment, my truck sat while they kept bringing in other vehicles. They had my vehicle for a MONTH!! I was lied to MULTIPLE TIMES. I will not be coming back! I called to get an appointment to program an aftermarket key fob. The serviceman was up front and stated those fobs don’t always work, but the cost would be same, regardless…$70-$170. He also advised I bring all keys and fobs to ensure they would all work. They performed the service in 45 minutes and the cost was only $70, despite the fact I was willing to pay more. I’ll definitely go back for all my GM needs. More
