After the pricing was agreed upon, any responses were very slow, if at all. I had to talk to numerous people before I could get questions answers, or the paperwork needed. I procured my truck and received one key as part of the purchase, but I was promised a second key. However, I was later informed that due to the renegotiation of the purchase rate, I would not receive the purchase, but I was promised a second key. My husband and I were very disappointed at the overall handling of our purchase. The process started out as expected, but when there was an issue with the vehicle before everything was finalized and we to handling of our purchase. The process started out as expected, but when there was an issue with the vehicle before everything was finalized and we took possession of the vehicle, there was no effort made by management or the salesperson to try and work through or resolve our issue. It was unprofessional and handled very poorly, and made us feel like our purchase, although expensive, was not important enough to this dealership to try and make forward actions to resolve anything. In so many words, we were told we were stuck with no options to correct the salespersons mistake/misinformation. We were both shocked at how we were treated in person when we went to the dealership to try and fix the issue. This situation was brought to the attention of the general manager of sales during a phone conversation the next day, and hopefully in the future, the staff and management are trained better to service their customers. This was overall, a very poor experience with this dealership, leaving us as customers feeling inconsequential, which is not the forward facing impression you want for your business. Unfortunately, we will not refer or recommend this dealership in the future. More
