I worked with multiple sales representatives (Sam and Brianna) before arriving and they were very helpful. My car salesperson, Farooq, was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. Unfortunately, some of the other staff was less helpful. Not the most organized process. Dennis was nice, but hard to communicate with. He had no explanation with he asked me to fill out a application from Ally bank. Bomnin raised the price by of my vehicle 2300.00 over night, I called at 11am to say I was coming in to buy the van and Dennis made no mention of price increase. More
Arrived at the dealership to look at used vehicles, the one we were most interested in was just purchased earlier that morning, which happens no big deal. After looking at everything that fit our criteria on the used side we decided none of those were right for us. We decided to look at new vehicles and the one we decided on also happened to be sold. Frustrating but moved on and went with our second choice new vehicle. Shaun was great throughout the entire process. Once into the F&I office the experience went south. Victor was very friendly until we declined all of the unnecessary added packages (something in the ball park of 12,000 dollars of additional “protections.”). Once declined, he became short and demeaning towards us. Quite unprofessional. And definitely put a damper on our car buying experience. More

Fairly poor sales experience - online sales experience was a total brush-off, and the on-the-lot experience had the sales guy reading his phone to explain the differences between LT and Premier Trim. The was a total brush-off, and the on-the-lot experience had the sales guy reading his phone to explain the differences between LT and Premier Trim. The online "shop, click & drive" is a joke - it did nothing at all to speed up the purchasing process, just resulted in a brush-off emails with the Sales Manager, and then other sales people emailing me asking if they could help me find my perfect car - weeks after my purchase was finished. The dealership/sales couldn't remove the plate from my trade-in on the day of purchase, and then promised to mail the plate to me the next day - but instead mailed my trade-in to the DMV instead, leaving me driving with a single REVOKED plate on my car for over a week. The backend staff I dealt with were great! Ahmed (I think?) in finance was great to deal with - and stayed really late to help get the car sale sorted out on a Sunday night - thanks! Sandra in accounting(?) was also really good to deal with - she cleaned up the mess of my license plates and straightened it out with the DMV. But no, I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership if you can find a similar price somewhere else. Also, what's the nonsense with adding extra $300 wheel locks to every car? It's crap like this that make people not want to deal with traditional dealerships. More
