I’m surprised to see so many stars. I personally had a very disappointing experience with purchasing a new vehicle. The sales person gave me a test vehicle with features that were missing in the vehicle t very disappointing experience with purchasing a new vehicle. The actual vehicle was not on the parking lot, even though it was advertised on their website. They have another dealership in Florida and ship vehicles to Virginia, so it’s impossible to test-drive the car that you actually purchase. The website description is extremely poor and confusing. The cherry on top is that the brand new car came with under inflated and out of balance tires. When I brought these issues to the management I was told that there is nothing they can do, since I already bought the car and it’s been almost a month since I had bought it. That’s keeping in mind that it took two weeks to deliver it and I took me time to actually get to know the car. More

This is a very busy dealership, but I was fortunate to order a 2021 Corvette Stingray and to my surprise it arrived the first week of March. The only reason I am rating it 5 is because they finally tried to help me out after I had to raise my voice. Well after driving 6 hours to look at a vehicle that was showing on the internet for 43208.00 the tried to help me out after I had to raise my voice. Well after driving 6 hours to look at a vehicle that was showing on the internet for 43208.00 they wanted to charge us almost 7000 more. Just know if you deal with this dealership and you are out of town know that they charge you a 1200 delivery charge and 200 for wheel locks. You would think that this stuff would have already been included in the price you see. Just know that the price you see is not the price you pay. Also know that I tried to get information about the payment before driving the 6 hours and I was responded with its easy you take the amount you finance divide by 72 months and that is what your payment is. Well that text is wrong and someone needs to make sure they are doing their job and answering the questions a potential customer is asking. More
