False advertising on the internet. The dealership shows a vehicle has certain options but after you they received the entire amount of vehicle the vehicle they tell you (oh I'm sorry it does not have that op vehicle has certain options but after you they received the entire amount of vehicle the vehicle they tell you (oh I'm sorry it does not have that option). Even though you asked three times before to ensure it had the option before the purchase and the told you yes every time until they get your money. Overall a great experience. I was able to test drive the car multiple times and communication was great from the sales rep Parker to Finance, sadly I forgot his name. A few things I am disappointed are the car multiple times and communication was great from the sales rep Parker to Finance, sadly I forgot his name. A few things I am disappointed are the detailing of the interior I feel as though the seats weren’t wiped and it was not vacuumed which we know dying a pandemic we would wan t it as clean as possible. Also, both key fobs have low batteries(something I feel should be checked before selling a car even if it is preowned). So now I fine myself spending more money so that I can use my keys to drive my car only 2 weeks after purchasing. More
