The sales department was ok to work with. It got done. I was really frustrated that I took my new car home and an hour later I was called to bring it back because there was an active recall on my car an I was really frustrated that I took my new car home and an hour later I was called to bring it back because there was an active recall on my car and they KNOWINGLY let me go home with it. I also would never go back after dealing with the finance department. It took 44 days for them to pay off my trade in. When I called after 30 days the finance person I dealt with was rude and left me on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back he said it was done. It took another 14 days to get it paid off. I think it sat on his desk ther entire month and he didn't finish it until I called a month later. I have bought 10 chevys in my life. I will not go back to bomnin. More
