Salesperson seemed impatient and standoff-ish. Was not happy that dealership tried to add on package that included detail, extra key, floor mats, etc.. w/ o even asking just expecting somebody to pay 1K f happy that dealership tried to add on package that included detail, extra key, floor mats, etc.. w/ o even asking just expecting somebody to pay 1K for that and then making it seem like a huge process to get it removed from the final sales offer. Financing also should have been quicker— way too much time wasted sitting around when we were paying cash for the vehicle. Needs to be more streamlined. Neither salesperson or finance person was aware that the vehicle was pre- certified. Should be basic knowledge when the customer has made a decision on what vehicle to purchase. More
