The salesman was Kevin Whetzel, not Victor Grijalva, but he used Victor’s desk and I didn’t have a selection available for his name. He was able to work with me on the payment I was shooting for and the amount they would give me for my trade. He knew the ins-and-outs of making the numbers work and he got me more for my trade than many dealerships often offer (after taking back the first offer). It was a pleasure working with him and he explained the reasons a dealership could only do so much/go so far while also then working with you beyond what you might expect. Their finance department will try their list of over 40 banks to get you the loan you need. My loan being for around $5,000 was less than many bigger banks wanted to take on, but they managed to find me one and was able to close the deal that day. They will give you a thumb drive of your documents instead of having to carry them out in a bag or backpack. They will let you transfer your things from your old car to your new one and stay with you no matter how long it takes, offering help as needed. More
