Worst new car buying experience. Vehicle was not prepared or ready for delivery at the scheduled time - completed 6.5 hours later. This problem remains unresolved as of 12/28/19. Although Sales Manager John Grundy went out of his way attempting to remedy the multiple mistakes, missteps and misrepresentations of the dealership, this was the worst car buying experience I have had the misfortune of dealing with.
