At Bomnin Chevrolet as I walked up to the doors we were quickly greeted and put in contact w I have always felt really anxious around big dealerships. At Bomnin Chevrolet as I walked up to the doors we were quickly greeted and put in contact with our sales person we had been talking to. He was super helpful and I genuinely felt he was there to help us in our transition to our new vehicle. We already knew what we were coming in for so a lot of the guess work was taking care of and the process was by far the most streamlined and smoothest experience in buying a car I have had in my life thus far. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the dealership while waiting to get to the next step and watching families and prospective buyers walking about with smiles on their faces and laughter other than concern or sadness. The finance process was great and their use of technology to not only fill out but distribute documentation was a fun experience. The representative was informative, professional and overall personable and that made us feel like part of the Chevrolet family. I told him what I wanted, he had the keys waiting and we went for a drive. He never tried to “over sell” he let the product speak for itself. It did. I’ve owned all of the big three vehicles and this is the best driving truck I’ve purchased. Then to the finance department. Normally I deed this part but this was different. I had a full break job completed this spring at my 50k service requiring breaks all around and new rotors yet when I picked it up it still had break squeak. I drove down to Florida the following day therefore could not return it. Then I just had it dropped off for oil change, service recall and a service engine light. Immediately when I picked it up the breaks still squeezed and my service light is still on. More
