No Customer Service Here We have called this dealership 18 times, yes 18 times, and no one will return my call. We have called everyone we can think of and everyone that has been suggested with no response. The absolute worst customer service we have ever encountered. Will never ever deal here again. The receptionist knows no one and nothing and can't even transfer a call; it disconnects. John Grundy, Adam Smith, Corey Hoffman and Owner Arnaldo Bomnin all believe in " Committed to Excellence". I would not recommend this establishment not even to someone that I don't care for. Don't leave a review for this place until you have had your vehicle more than 2 days or longer. Mine has been in shop several times since September. Fox 5 DC ABC 7 may want to look into doing a report on this dealership. More
