Don’t go here! I brought in my car for an oil change. $125 later, I left. There was nothing wrong with it but the technician rotated my new front tires from the fron I brought in my car for an oil change. $125 later, I left. There was nothing wrong with it but the technician rotated my new front tires from the front to the back without asking me first. My Traverse is only a year old. I need the front tires to be newer because it’s a front wheel drive car. Now, I need to rage mire time I don’t have to bring it back to the dealership to get them rotated back! They asked to replace my windshield wipers. They didn’t tell me it costs FIFTY DOLLARS for windshield wipers! More

This dealership does NOT want your business and it is CLEAR! Let me start by saying that I NEVER post reviews....good or bad! I have not had a very good experience with Bomnin Chevrolet...not once, but twice! Let me start by saying that I NEVER post reviews....good or bad! I have not had a very good experience with Bomnin Chevrolet...not once, but twice! On the 1st trip, my husband and I were out shopping for a Suburban. A salesman approached us and we explained to him our wants and needs on our new vehicle. As he was showing us the different options and we were asking for a test drive, another customer approached the salesman and told him that he had "cash money" to buy a new car. The salesman completely left us standing there, in the rain, and attended to the gentleman paying cash!! My husband and I were quite offended and left on the spot!! The ONLY reason we returned a 2nd time is because during my car search online, I stumbled upon the Suburban I was looking, unfortunately for me, at this dealership!! Against my better judgement, we went there yesterday to view the car. A different salesman approached us, who seemed to be very nice and eager to assist! We test drove the car, and I really liked it, however, there was a HUGE scrape across the front bumper and quite a few dents and dings on the vehicle. The salesman advised that he was sure they could take care of the bumper for me. I decided I could deal with the dings throughout the car, as it was a used car after all. As we go in to negotiate, I was brought the KBB listing that showed the car in "Excellent" condition, which it definitely was not! When I pointed this out, he kind of laughed it off. I asked him if he could print the accurate KBB so that I could compare apples to apples. He did this and also brought over their "invoice". After reviewing the invoice, I was questioning some of the "fluff" charges for dealer advertising/car cleaning ($950) and also some other "dealer" charge of $350, which had no explanation. When I questioned what this charge was, it seemed as if I offended the salesman as he became a little smart with me and instead of just explaining it to me, he said that if I wanted to know what it was that I could read it on the plaque all the way on the other side of the showroom. Also, these added charges seem to be "cost of doing business" charges for the dealer. At this point I asked them to come down on the price of the vehicle by $2000, to cover the difference of the KBB and to also make up for some of the made up charges. I advised him that I was stepping outside while he speaks to his manager. When I came back in, I was advised that they could only take $1000 off since they would need to repaint the bumper and that would cost them money to do. EXCUSE ME?!? I am being penalized to repaint the bumper of a car that was clearly in some sort of fender bender??? I am POSITIVE that this was taken into consideration when who ever traded this vehicle in received their trade off amount! There is absolutely zero chance that money was not deducted from their trade in amount with the damage that was on the vehicle. I feel as if they were trying to double dip and penalize me for having to repaint the bumper when that should have already been done! I am very upset because I really did love the Suburban that I test drove, but it seems as if my business is not important to them! I truly hope that other customers have a much better experience than I did with them! More
