only 5-star when you're buying the car! After I left the dealer with my car on 04/08, their customer service declined. I was given the run around about the tag brackets that were never order After I left the dealer with my car on 04/08, their customer service declined. I was given the run around about the tag brackets that were never ordered but were in the body shop all along, they let me leave with the temp tags not properly placed on the vehicle. I kept calling to see if they had arrived but was always given the run around, transferred from person to person and placed on hold. I kept expressing my concern about my illegal display of tags but they weren't concerned about it. I finally spoke to John Grundy and he promised to call me back the next day by 1000am about my tag brackets. I waited til almost 1pm and never got the call from Mr. Grundy. When I finally called him, he couldn't even remember we spoke the day before or that he had promised to call me back but what made it worse was his attitude and tone as if I was inconveniencing him. Finally after talking to Jason from the body shop, he helped me out and I was finally able to properly and legally display my tags. More

Everyone there showed kindness and hospitality, and it was totally opposite of what I imagined. Charles In Charge Vikki and I were looking for quite some time to buy a used truck, something that would have value and yet not be as costly as a new one. After communi Vikki and I were looking for quite some time to buy a used truck, something that would have value and yet not be as costly as a new one. After communicating with multiple Northern Virginia area dealerships, we found that the most personable and customer-centric sales associate, was Charlie Lehner. He showed a candid interest in what we were searching for and offered keen advice that contributed to our final decision. Charlie proved that the customer DOES come first. We are extremely happy with our purchase and, although the process from start to finish was over five hours, Charlie consistently checked in with us to ensure we were comfortable and kept us up to date as the day progressed. We’ve dealt with dealerships before and sales associate employees, both good and bad. Charlie has been the best and most memorable of them all, he is knowledgeable and sincerely cares, a true asset to Bomnin Chevrolet’s sales team. Thank you again to everyone whom we worked with! I think the only area that may need some focus is the vehicle detailing/cleaning team’s work on the truck before we left, as I don’t think it was 100%. Maybe 70%....but not completely dirty either.
