Charlie listened to everything I had to say and didn’t treat me like a “dumb” customer. He was very upfront with me and didn’t belittle me because of my financial situation. When I came in today to purchase he made sure he had my best interests at the forefront. He was just such a real person and not that cheesy, promise you the world sales guy.
